Junior Development Program

About the Program
Organized by Westman Regional Soccer Association's technical director (WRSA) Orlin Chalmers, this program follows Canada Soccer's Grassroots Development Framework, which aims to:
- Provide a fun and inclusive soccer experience for all young players
- Develop fundamental skills like dribbling, passing, and shooting in an age-appropriate way
- Encourage physical literacy to support overall athletic development
- Promote small-sided games to maximize player engagement and learning
- Foster teamwork, respect, and a lifelong love for the game
